Initial Consultation

Before your home goes on the market, a consultation will provide a full scope of what changes are needed to best showcase the potential of the home.

We will take note of everything in your home that needs replacing, removing, updating, cleaning, and repairing. 

We will schedule a 1-2-hour consultation depending on the size of your space to assess your home inside and out. At the time of our visit, we do a walkthrough of each room. We take "before" digital photos for improvement planning purposes. 

Within 24 hours you will receive a professionally written, fully detailed report of all we discussed. The detail report will recommend tasks for the homeowner to complete with a checklist of room-by-room instructions. When complete, the homeowner will be ready to sell. 

 

Should you need your home enhanced with furnishings, art from our private collection, a home staging proposal will also be provided. The proposal will be emailed within 24 hours of the consult.

Initial Consultation Fees: starts at $200/per hour

*Consultation fees will vary with size of home, number of rooms to be staged and type of interior design services needed.
