Occupied Home Staging
Occupied staging is designed for sellers who will continue to live in the home while it is on the market.
This service requires an initial consultation to determine the scope of work required. This service uses items currently in the home. The focus is getting the home in top condition. We provide supplemental furnishing including lamps, area rugs, wall art and accessories from Mastermind Staging & Design. Our goal is to tailor the look to create ambiance and the home will be furnished to appeal to today's buyer.
What to expect during an occupied home staging consult:
First, we will schedule a time to assess your home, inside out. This process will take approximately 1-2 hours, depending on the size of your home. At the time of our arrival we do a through walkthrough of each room, take "before" pictures for staging planning purposes and discuss staging techniques. We provide on the spot verbal staging recommendation and action plan to prepare your home for sale.

72 hours advanced notice to pick up our furnishings.
Initial Consultation Fees: $250/first hour + $150/hour after the first hour.
Staging Fees: will vary with size of home, number of rooms to be staged and scope of work required.
